UNITY–ULTRA-xr Pro – TD with re-collection

UNITY–ULTRA-xr Pro

High-Capacity Multi-Tube Thermal Desorber with Advanced Re-collection

UNITY–ULTRA-xr Pro is our flagship automated thermal desorption (TD) system, offering the highest capacity in our range. It enables the unattended processing of up to 199 sorbent tubes in a single sequence.

A hallmark of Markes’ technology is the automated sample re-collection of split flows from both the TD tubes and the focusing trap. This unique feature provides ultimate sample security and peace of mind. It is the ideal solution for high-throughput laboratories looking to maximize productivity and leverage the power of automated sample re-analysis.

UNITY–ULTRA-xr Pro also features Markes’ award-winning Multi-Gas functionality, independently certified for use with three carrier gases: Helium, Nitrogen, and Hydrogen. Utilizing Hydrogen as a carrier gas ensures faster, more cost-effective analyses while future-proofing your lab against Helium shortages.

Innova Ultrapure Water Solutions: Exceeding Laboratory Standards

Exceeding Standards: Comprehensively meets and far exceeds the technical requirements of TCVN 4851 (ISO 3696), TCVN 8128 (ISO 11133), and CLSI.

Maximum Ion Purity: Type I water achieves 18.2 MOhm.cm, exceeding TCVN Grade 1 requirement (> 10 MOhm.cm).

Far Exceeds Grade 2: Type II water (10-15 MOhm.cm) specifications far exceed TCVN Grade 2 requirement (>= 1 MOhm.cm).

Addresses Standard "Gaps": Addresses risks unaddressed by the TCVN 4851 (ISO 3696) standard, which does not specify limits for Total Organic Carbon (TOC) and Bacteria.

250x Lower TOC: Achieves TOC < 2 ppb, which is 250 times lower than the CLSI requirement (< 500 ppb).

5000x Lower Bacteria: Achieves < 0.01 CFU/mL, which is 5,000 times lower than TCVN microbiology practice (< 50 CFU/mL).
